QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Field.
  Male or Female
• With at least 1 year experience on performing Liaison work with various government agencies (BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Cityhall & etc.) and other business transactions.
• With good interpersonal and communication skills and with pleasing personality.
• Proficient in MS Computer applications.
• Multi-tasked, well organized, meticulous and dependable team player.
• Hardworking, Trustworthy and Honest.
• Can work effectively under pressure and has positive attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Payment and processing of SSS, PHIC and HDMF monthly contributions and other company payables.
• Payment and monitoring of Permits, Licenses and Visas and ensure that all permits, licenses and visas are filed on time.
• Ensure that all necessary documents needed for the application are complete before filing.
• Organize all files and ensure that current issues are implemented
• Monitoring and updating of records and files.
