Foreign nationals of the listed countries (53 nationalities) who arrived in the Philippines in June 2014 or later are required to provide a medical clearance certificate from the Bureau of Quarantine and International Health when applying for certain visas.

Medical Clearance is considered valid only for one year from the date of issuance for as long as the foreign national does not leave the Philippines. If he/she leaves the country for any reason, BOQ process must be repeated.
