QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or any related
courses
- Required skill(s): Computer Literate, Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills,
attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Hardworking, trustworthy, honest, responsible and quick learner
- Multi-tasked, well organized, meticulous and dependable team player
- Can work effectively under pressure and has positive attitude
- Can start ASAP
- Experience in Accounting, Auditing and Bookkeeping an added advantage, but not required for this
post
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform general administrative tasks (typing, filing and sorting of documents, etc.)
- Ensure that all submitted documents are accurate and complete
- Organize all files and ensure that current issues are implemented
- Handle all stages of the visa application and prepare request for payment
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Willing to do field work if necessary
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
- Direct employment and Full-time position available
