A Provisional Work Permit is applicable for foreign national during the pendency of his/her work visa application.

Foreign Employee who have commenced employment while his/her working visa application is being processed must secure a Provisional Work Permit. With this, he/she need to show/provide a proof that his/her work visa application is currently on process with the Bureau of Immigration.

The PWP shall be valid for three (3) months from the date of issue or until the work (commercial) visa has been issued in favor of the applicant, whichever comes first.
