A Pre-arranged Employment Visa or commonly referred to as the 9(g) Work Visa is issued by The Bureau of Immigration and is the most common type of work visa in the Philippines.

9(g) visa is available to foreign nationals who intend to occupy a Technical, Managerial, Executive or highly confidential position in a Philippine company.

The validity of the visa is based on the duration of the employment contract and approval of the Bureau of Immigration. The maximum validity issued however is three (3) years and renewable thereafter.
